This piece is inspired by a recent decent into my healing with breathwork. The revelations that come through in breath work journeys have profoundly been changing my life. Lifelong patterns softening and shifting. The awareness and memories that come through that have been stored somatically in the body. Experiencing feelings i thought would crush me and when fully processed empowered me into knowing anything is possible. Dreams are worth fighting for and we are constantly shifting and growing.
This piece represents the prickles of our pain protecting our purity. The walls we build up defending our vulnerability. Let this piece be a reminder of whats truly within our hearts. We are the essence of LOVE.
